FIRST PLACE!
Hello my friends! Although I posted this on Facebook, I am telling my news again here! I earned a TOP TEN spot in the World Songwriting Awards for my songs "Mariner's Song" and "Ghosts of Summer". THEN, I got another email which stated that I had actually WON FIRST PLACE for song production with my song "In Oregon". You can listen to it below!

I also went back to Kentucky for the Owensboro Music Business Expo in April. I got to hang out with Adam Gaynor the presenter who is one of the founding members (guitar) of Matchbox 20, Rick Barker who promoted Taylor Swift at the beginning, Michael Elsner from Titan Music Licensing, and made friends with a lot of folks there. Can't wait to go back next year!
Other that that, not much has changed. I'll try to keep you up to speed, if I ever get there myself!
